Implementation

We at Microcenter takes software implementation as an integral part of software projects. No matter the size of your company, software implementation is a challenging task that requires careful planning and execution. Even the best software will fail without proper testing, evaluation, and change management – so it is crucial to have a thorough plan before you begin the process.

Software implementation is the process of adopting and integrating a software application into your company’s systems and workflows.

Our Implementation Methodology

Phase I – Gap Analysis

This analysis will be carried out to identify the Gaps between customer’s requirements and the package. Any new requirements that has been agreed (and paid) will also be included.

Phase II – Modification. Development & Data Conversion

The system will then be modified as per the Gap analysis report, new development if any will be done during this time and tested by the development team. Data conversion if any will also be done at this stage

Phase III – Base Configuration & Testing

The system will then be installed with standard base configuration as per the gap analysis and transactions will start in all the modules. 1 month transaction data will be entered for all the modules and the system shall be tested with live customer data. The system will be fine-tuned for any gap that has not been covered during the initial configuration.

Phase IV – User Training

Once the system is ready for delivery user training shall be conducted

Phase V – 1 Month Parallel Run

The system will then be under test run for a month. All the modules will be tested at one time to provide integration test.

Phase VI – Going Live

Once all the modules are approved by the client only then the system will go live. However, if the client decides to go for phased implementation of selective modules without approving the whole system, further implementation could only be taken on additional implementation Cost.

Phase VII – Warranty

Warranty will start from the date of going live. If the customer opts for phased implementation then the warranty will start from going live the first module. The warranty shall be of bug fixing only and no modification/ addition could only be done at additional cost.
